In 2009 Yajima-ya lunch wagon opened, served mostly Japanese dishes including udon and soba.
The menu extended to more local favorites like the now famous Mushroom Chicken, Yajima-ya’s signature dish.
We also have sashimi, butter fish, Rib-eye  steaks and more!
